Function to read DELTA tool resource files

These functions read selected files from the DELTA tool's resource directory. The most useful file for {mqor} is likely the startup file as this contains vital monitoring station metadata, but this function also supports the MyDeltaInput.ini, update.ini and init.ini files for completeness.

Usage

read_delta_resource(file)

Arguments

file

A path to an appropriate DELTA tool resource file; one of init.ini, MyDeltaInput.dat, startup_*.ini, or update.ini.

a list
