Default parameters taken from the CEN technical specification

These two datasets contains the parameters outlined in Annexes A & B of Ambient Air — Definition and use of modelling quality objectives for air quality assessment. These data will be useful for supplying mqo_params() with appropriate values for analysis. Users should consult mqo_params() for more in-depth column definitions.
